# The Tōukon Academy Norwich

> Norwich, United Kingdom

## Overview

**Name:** The Tōukon Academy Norwich

**Description:** Training follows a staged, segmented curriculum split into Fundamentals and Intermediate levels, with Gi and No-Gi tracks and a dedicated Women's No-Gi class. Kids programmes include Parent + Child, Junior and Youth Jiu Jitsu, built around core movement, self-defence competency and competition preparation, with graded belt progression. The academy partners with The Tōukon Academy, the largest and most successful academy in Bedfordshire, established in 2000, giving members exposure to wider coaching and talent. Weekly open mats and a members competition class support fighters preparing for tournaments, and kettlebell conditioning sessions build grappling-specific strength.
