Our goal is to find open minded people interested in learning and practicing No-Gi submission only grappling. Individuals who wish to better themselves through these mixed grappling arts which combine aspects of BJJ, Judo, Greco Roman Wrestling, Catch Wrestling, Sambo, ect.

It doesn’t matter if you are an aspiring MMA fighter or just an avg person looking to gain confidence while learning how to efficiently defend yourself should you ever need to. We make sure to provide a positive and safe learning environment for all. All walk are welcome.
