Martha Gonzalez, a Black Belt, serves as the Head Female Coach at Achieve Jiu-Jitsu, leading the women's program with expertise, care, and confidence. In addition to Jiu-Jitsu instruction, Martha heads the Women's Fit Program, which blends strength, conditioning, and functional movement to support performance on the mat and overall wellness.

Combat Evolution Jiu-Jitsu

Combat Evolution Jiu-Jitsu is a specialized in-home academy located in the historic center of Spotsylvania, Virginia. The academy offers instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (both Gi and No-Gi), boxing, Muay Thai basics, and stretching programs. Operating as a home-based facility, Combat Evolution provides a unique and personalized training environment with a 20'x20' mat space in a finished, climate-controlled room. The academy is led by Adam Sawyer, a first-degree black belt under the Renato Tavares Association. With 24 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and 15 years in boxing and MMA fighting, Professor Sawyer brings extensive combat sports knowledge to his students. The facility includes bathroom and shower access, plus additional gym equipment for weight lifting in a matted garage area. Dream Art Houston is a premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy located in Spring, Texas, born from a unique partnership between Dream Art Project and Aspire To Inspire. Mãozinha Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our Adult BJJ program focuses on grappling and ground fighting, Jiu Jitsu teaches that a smaller individual can protect himself through a series of technical maneuvers. Here we train our students on the traditional principals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and growth is awarded via the customary belt system. Using similar methods to our traditional Jiu Jitsu courses, our NoGi program aims to teach students the same principals of BJJ, however without the customary Gi (kimono) and belt system. Like our adult program, the Kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructs our younger generation the fundamental values of the art. We aim to help our young students develop not only physically, but mentally through teaching the principles of respect, discipline, and perseverance. With the traditional Jiu Jitsu program, young learners age 5-15 grow through the belt system just as our adult students do. Not only will your child adopt an attitude for success, but they will have fun doing so!

10th Planet Round Rock Head Coach Manny Chavez is a 10th Planet Brown Belt under Curtis Hembroff. Manny was born in California, and raised between Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Manny started his jiu jitsu journey training under Orlando Sanchez at Gracie Barra in Pasadena, California before transferring to 10th Planet Headquarters in Los Angeles and becoming a Purple Belt under Master Eddie Bravo. He then moved to Texas with his wife and two sons in 2018, where he joined and helped coach the 10th Planet Austin team. After receiving his Brown Belt, Manny, under the guidance and support of Gabe Tuttle and Kyle Boehm, became the new Head Coach and General Manager of the newly opened location in North Austin, 10th Planet Round Rock. Gabe is a black belt under Richie “Boogeyman” Martinez and is the new head coach of 10th Planet Austin. Born and raised in San Diego, Gabe did not take part in any competitive athletics until he found jiu jitsu through being a fan of mixed martial arts. He started training regularly in 2014 at a local school in San Diego before finding the Boogeyman when 10th Planet San Diego opened in 2015. Gabe was promoted to blue belt shortly after beginning his training with the 10th Planet San Diego team and had a fast track to purple belt promotion later that year. He began teaching beginner classes as the school’s growth exploded and eventually moved into a bigger teaching role by 2016. Gabe was promoted to brown belt at the end of 2017 and to black belt at the end of 2019, becoming Richie’s first and only home-grown black belt. Gabe moved from San Diego to join the 10th Planet Austin team at the beginning of 2020 and is now the Head Coach and General Manager of 10th Planet Austin. Founded by 10th Planet Austin Texas Black Belt Curtis Hembroff and lead by rubber guardspecialist Head Coach Ant Lopez. This 10th Planet Moon is located on the outskirts of North San Antonio in Universal City. We are dedicated in training our students to be the absolutely best they can be in competitive Jiu Jitsu. We welcome students of any rank and age! Head Coach Ant Lopez is a Black belt under Derek Stewart of 10th Planet Omaha and Master Eddie Bravo. Ant has been training for over 10 years in the 10th Planet system and grew up on the competition mats. Ant Lopez has taken home wins at the highest level competitions such as IBJJF, Onnit Invitational, NAGA, ADCC Trials, and Submission Challenge. Ant has moved down to San Antonio to train the next generation of San Antonio savages! Sergio started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in October of 2014 and entered his first competition the same month. He has been competing ever since and has won over 180 medals and 16 Championship belts in over 100 BJJ events all over Texas and the surrounding states. Sergio started training at 10th Planet over 2 years ago and has trained under 10th Planet Black Belt Curtis Hembroff and Brown belt Anthony Lopez. His is a 4 time Battle of the Ages Champion and 3 time JiuJitsu Kumite 80 pound Champion.
