700lb Rated Commercial Olympic Bar. A good performing bar for a budget price. Suitable as an all-round bar for most athletes and for those on a budget. Please note that this is an economy bar. Great for bench presses and squat racks and lighter lifting. Not recommended for heavy weight lifting and being dumped and dropped.
