In 1189, a Japanese female warrior called Fujinoe defended her castle against armed attackers. She defeated them thanks to her skill with the katana and naginata. Her exploits were immortalised as an ukiyo-e print by legendary artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi. The Demon Hunter T-shirt, drawn by Meerkatsu, celebrates both the Fujinoe story and the artistry of Kuniyoshi.
