We are going to take you from the parking lot, and inside to your first class whether it is our Fundamental MMA Stand up or 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu class, in Kansas City.

This video will explain exactly where to go, what to do, and who to talk to for your first class. Make sure you wear a snug shirt with a sleeve (No Muscle shirts or Tank tops) we want the armpit covered. You can wear athletic shorts or Pant, (nothing that will pull down easy) yoga pants are fine. Please do not be embarrassed to ask us any questions you might have. The main reason people don't get involved with MMA and BJJ is the unknown, and we want everyone to enjoy this wonderful art.
