10th Planet HQ Leg Lock Coach Visits Walnut Creek | Avi Cohen Seminar

10th Planet brown belt Avi Cohen, leg lock instructor at 10th Planet HQ under Eddie Bravo, came up to Walnut Creek to teach a seminar on leg lock entries and wrestling up out of leg locks, building the dilemma between diving underneath your partner and coming up on top.

We sat down with Avi after the seminar to talk about what he taught, why the social side of jiu-jitsu keeps him on the mats, and his goal of earning his black belt and opening his own 10th Planet.

Huge thanks to Avi for making the trip and to everyone who came out.
