Proud Coach Moment: Kids Competing

We had our kids competing at the BC Absolute in Kelowna a couple of weeks ago.

We had 10 competitors and they brought back 8 medals, 4 x Gold Medals, 2 x Silver and 2 x Bronze medals.

All the kids won their first matches but the ones that lost their second match had hard battles and showed the true spirit of future champions.

They did their team proud and we look forward to seeing them compete again in April in Kamloops and Kelowna.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
