Marcia moved from Brazil to California and started jiu jitsu at 45, after her son asked her again and again to try one class. Four years later she trains alongside him at AOJ.

She talks about what jiu jitsu taught her about her body and her health, the day she got her blue belt, and training every day next to some of the best athletes in the world.
