Our goal at Ascend is to teach kids how to become the best version of themselves. A big part of that is kids understanding that they are deserving of love and belonging. We want kids to learn to love themselves. So we teach them that they are valuable and that they deserve the best this life has to offer. Unfortunately, people will try to take that away from them. When someone tries to take advantage of them, we want to them to use the tools we teach at Ascend to stand up for themselves and defend themselves.
