At Ascend success is a habit not an action. We expect the kids to build good habits on the mats. We want them to learn that the more good habits they have in every aspect of their life. The more successful they will be in everything they do. We are all going to develop habits. They can be bad, mediocre, or good. At Ascend we choose to teach good habits. It’s more work, but we believe your kids will be successful if they learn to become the best version of themselves. There’s a quote I like that explains this idea well: “Greatness is a lot smaller than things done well.”
