Coach Alejandro is showing the little ones how to breakdown an opponent from the closed guard. He begins with two hands on one hand control. With two hands on one control, kids can disrupt their opponents posture. This control will impede the top person’s ability to open their opponents legs, and allow the bottom person to setup sweeps and attacks.
