This is a simple S Mount escape into Single Leg X.
First, your partner takes Mount. You start with the knee-elbow escape, but your partner counters by transitioning to S Mount. Keeping the same principles as the knee-elbow escape, you extend your bottom leg to perform a reverse shrimp. This action drops your opponent's hips off of you, creating space for your elbow and bottom knee to come through the gap. Now, connect your top arch to your bottom leg's knee, transitioning into Single Leg X guard. From here, you can transition to many different attacks! #bjjbostonteamforsa #bjjboston247365 #offyourbackbjj #teamforsabjj #boomathletics @bjjboston.teamforsa
