When's the last time a BJJ seminar actually helped your game? This is a controversial topic as Seminars from World Champions are such a big part of the BJJ learning model.
JT and Joey dig into a variety of seminars they have been to and what makes a great experience and has helped them. You can learn something from anyone on the mat but at the heart of the Art is the BJJ seminar worth the time and money? Is this just an expensive meet and greet.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
