This measures grip strength up to 200lbs. It doesn’t look like a grip trainer, just a device to see how strong your grip is. Using this can give you a start point to see how much stronger your grip can become.

This crate came with a ‘bonus item’ which was some Branch Chain Omeno Acid’s to help with recovery.
