In her first tutorial video for the channel, Kat takes us through one of her favourite attacks from closed guard, utilising the over-wrap to set up a tight armbar.

Kat Hill is one of the top BJJ black belts in the UK. She has medalled at the Pan Ams, Europeans and Worlds, and has collected numerous IBJJF international golds, her most notable being a black belt European title at the first time of asking. Kat is also a senior lecturer in history, award winning author, and a Leverhulme research leader, with a PHD from Oxford.
