SAVE THE DATE 🧠🥋 October 10 is World Mental Health Day, and United BJJ Hawaii is bringing the community together at R1P Fitness in Waipahu for a special Fight Story open mat in collaboration with Waiākea.

All gyms are welcome. Come roll, connect, talk story, and help bring more awareness to mental health and suicide prevention. 🤝
