Today's video is the first BJJ rolling video I've done in a long time. The session was a mix of 5 different rolls that were mostly focused on guard passing, sweeps and back takes, although there was a little take down work in there too.
Most of the back takes in the video revolve around the reverse turtle position using a gut wrench or crotch lock.
There are also points where you'll see me communication with my training partners and students. A different version plus narration on the rolls will be uploaded to the members area soon.
