Got a social media post sent in from a viewer about a BJJ coach who says "women don't need to be coddled in jiujitsu, the bad guys are not going take it easy on you, train with men men, you will learn to defeat them with hard work and discipline."
The viewer wants to know, based on this quote from the BJJ coach, how he should approach training with women.
He's always tried to adjust to the women he rolls with and he's wondering if that's the right strategy and what I think about with this comment.
So I share my thoughts and give my bearded opinion.
Thanks for watching.
