Every Older Grappler Should Know this Slow Guard Passing Strategy in BJJ
From Chewjitsu
In this video, my goal is to help you pass guard in BJJ like an old man...
partially kidding.
The goal of this video is to share a style of passing that is less dynamic, more control based, and works well in both Gi and No-Gi Jiujitsu: Tight Passing.
Certain types of guard passing will wear me out, but the type of guard passing I'm showing in this video should do the opposite: wear out your opponent.
This is especially important when rolling with younger grapplers who can typically push and scramble harder than their older counter parts.
If you'd like to learn a whole series I've put together on this, check this out.
