In this video, I'll teach you guys some of my favorite set ups for the "dirtiest" submission in Jiujitsu, Gi or No-Gi, the Wrist lock.
Do you like wrist locks when training BJJ, or is it too cheap?
Regardless, I'll give you a few of my favorite set ups/options and I'll show you the key things I look for when setting them up. This way you can figure out your own setups.
The best part about being good with wrist locks is that it makes touching you or grabbing you feel dangerous. That's really useful for BJJ.
