There is a position in BJJ, called Mount, that absolutely sucks to be in if you're the person on bottom.
If you're newer to BJJ, whether you do Gi or No-Gi, you might want to have a few mount escape options in your back pocket. And if you're able to use your Jiu-Jitsu escapes effectively, you'll have a lot more fun on the mats.
So to help you out , in this video I'll give you 5 of my favorite escapes that work at all levels of BJJ.
