Today, we have a question from a newer White Belt who has only been training BJJ for about a month.
He says that when he rolls with upper belts, Blue-Black Belts in Jiujitsu, he finds himself stuck in these negative thoughts, which inevitably lead him to "spazzing out" on his training partners during rounds.
He says, whenever he rolls with other White Belts, he tends to be much calmer, and wants to know how he can change his mindset in order to have healthier rolls with upper belts and not feel like he is wasting their time.
Hopefully this video helps.
Thanks for watching.
