Today we have a question from a new BJJ gym owner.
He says "should I focus on making the physical space as nice as possible or should I stick to the basics?"
Ultimately, he wants an academy that people walk into and their jaw drops to the floor, but he doesn't know if it is realistic as a new gym owner. Finally, he asked what the biggest mistake is that new BJJ gym owners make in year one.
Thanks for watching.
