Today’s question comes from a BJJ blue belt who wants to compete in BJJ but only has 2 days of training per week. He says this is all he can manage with a busy life, family and everything else.
With that in mind, I answer this video with the idea of how to prepare for a competition with only 2 days of training per week.
More would always be better. No doubt, but if 2 is what you got, then this is what I would do.
I’ve also helped some of my students succeed in regional competitions using the strategy outlined in the video as well.
Hope the video helps.
