Today we have a question from Mike, who has been off the BJJ mats for a 2 and a half years.
He said that back around 2021 he started training Jiu-Jitsu 5 days a week.
He was day dreaming about being a MMA fighter. Fast forward to now, he drops out of college, gets a job, and feels like his All-Or-Nothing mentality towards martial arts seems to not be feasible for him anymore.
He can't find a reason he doesn't train anymore, but he can't and it makes him emotional.
He just wants some advice, and I'll do my best to help.
Thanks for watching.
