There are many counter/anti rotation drills out there so use what methods work.
We love this one for teaching clients and athletes to remain stable under load. Remember this is good to a point. When they stand up or move things change again (limitless possibilities)
Anchor a band. Measure a set distance (we used about 110cms for Cuong)
Timed efforts are cool...when the form breaks or looks to fade...stop. this is a teach...not torture ;)
This drill could be used as a supine Pallof press if you so desired.
