Colton Howard Brown Belt Demonstration: Part 1 Technique

http://www.connectionriobjj.com -- CRA BJJ in Bend, Oregon:

It was an honor to graduate this young, technical athlete his brown belt. After years of hard work, dedication, perseverance, blood, sweat and tears Colton has set the bar high for what it means to earn a brown belt at Connection Rio BJJ. Colton's test required technical knowledge of his game, application of live self defense, an 8 minute round of taking down unwilling striking opponents followed by 5 back to back rounds of live sparring. Colton never gave up one time, actively pushing through to the very end. In addition to his technical ability Colton has an extremely humble attitude and is a great example for our athletes.#youcantteachheart and Colton has it for days. Congratulations on this most well deserved promotion!! #earnednevergiven.
