In this video, I take you with me to a special Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar with André Pederneiras and Wendell Alexander, representing the legendary Nova União team, at Jiu-Jitsu Con in Las Vegas.

Nova União has played a huge role in the history of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has produced some of the sport’s most accomplished competitors. Having the opportunity to step onto the mats and learn directly from these two highly respected instructors was a fantastic experience.

The seminar was packed with technique, details and insights into the Nova União approach to BJJ.

After nearly 40 years of training, I still love being a student of the art. Every seminar is another opportunity to learn something new, refine the details and bring that knowledge back to my own training.
