Teens BJJ & MMA are back next week!

School term is starting, and our Teens Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes kick off this Monday at 5:00 PM! 

Whether your teen wants to build real self-confidence, stay active, or learn effective martial arts skills in a disciplined environment, we’ve got them covered. 

Teens Schedule:

• BJJ: Mondays & Wednesdays @ 5:00 PM

• MMA: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:00 PM
