BarraFIT Combat is a series of intense workouts inspired by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and martial arts.
This high-energy 45 minute class is designed to challenge students through a combination of aerobic and anaerobic moves, as well as combat simulation drills, that bring students together as a team to help each individual achieve his or her personal best.
All exercises have minimum to no contact and come together in a challenging and fun workout that meets the needs of students of all levels. Students are motivated through appropriate teaching practices and safe training methods.
