Shannon is in our Adult BJJ Class. Shannon started off very tentative but has come out of her shell as she progressed on the mats. She always eager to learn new moves and recently just earned her 4 stripes on the her white belt. When she not training on the mats she's in school studying toe be a nurse. Keep up the great work!
