Choke Everyone: High-Percentage No-Gi Strangles

This video is a deep dive into some of my highest-percentage no-gi chokes, pulled straight from a live seminar where I break down not just the finishes, but the setups, transitions, and decision-making behind them. We cover everything from high wrist guillotines and anaconda variations to darce mechanics, crucifix control, and a few underrated “honorable mention” attacks that catch people off guard. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your front headlock game or add new submission pathways to your arsenal, this is a detail-heavy session designed to give you concepts you can apply immediately on the mats.

If you get value from this, do me a favor—like the video, drop a comment with your biggest takeaway, and share it with a teammate who’s always hunting chokes. That kind of support goes a long way.
