Drill This Combo This Week 🥊 Jab, Cross, Roll, Body Hook, Cross, Triple Jab Out
Jab to open, cross to follow, roll to get off the line and change the level, body hook to punish the opening the roll created, cross to come back up, and triple jab to close back out and reset the distance. The roll is the detail the whole combo is built around, it moves your head off the center line while loading the body hook at the same time, and by the time the triple jab lands your opponent has been moved three different ways in one sequence. Put your reps in on this one this week.
