Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 4–6) | Fun Wrestling Game & Knee Tapping at Jiu Jitsu Republic Oxford
From Oxford Jiu-Jitsu Republic
oday’s kids class at Jiu Jitsu Republic Oxford was all about having fun while learning the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our 4–6 year olds were playing a knee tapping wrestling game that helps them work on balance, coordination, and confidence in a safe and friendly environment.
We focus on teaching kids how to move well, listen, and respect their training partners — all while keeping things playful and engaging. Classes like this help build strong habits early, from staying active to learning simple self-defense skills.
If you’re a parent looking for a kids jiu-jitsu or martial arts class in Oxford, this video gives a small look into how we train and what your child can expect on the mats.
