During the second lockdown for Cyprus which started January 10 2021, Palestra Jiu Jitsu is streaming and sharing live classes again every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

In this video you can see a solo drill for opening the closed guard that we did in one of the classes. It's a real time video that you can do at home, just put your music on and press play. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.
