Anthony Mitchell: Regrets, Advice, and Expectations for Living the Jiu Jitsu Life

Anthony is a 2nd degree black belt under Bruno “Tank” Mendes of the prestigious Soulfighters Association.

As an active competitor and a Head Referee for the American Grappling Federation, he has constant exposure to the ever evolving world of jiujitsu outside of our small, southern towns. That steady stream of new exposure provides him an unique insight into the constant evolution of Jiu Jitsu on a global scale.

He brings that knowledge back to the mats, which is evident in the success of his students at both of his academies in Flowood and Gluckstadt, MS.
