White belts, stop trying to win every roll. 🛑 Training is for learning, not just proving you can tap someone. The academy is where you build skills—tournaments are where you test them.
4 out of 5 rolls? Flow. Work on technique. Try new things. That 1 roll? Go hard. Push yourself. But if you’re going 100% all the time, you’re not learning—you’re just surviving.
Before focusing on submissions, master:
✔️ Proper framing
✔️ Defensive positioning
✔️ Staying calm under pressure
Long-term growth more short-term ego. Trust the process. 💯
