In this 2 minute video, head coach Rodney gives you a quick overview of our facility.
He begins by pointing out how easily it is to park at 2 Resolution Drive Caringbah. And then walks you through the reception area, and the changeroom and toilets.
Then we visit the recreation and weights room, complete with a snooker table, before ending up on the big blue wrestling mat.
He finishes by pointing out there is a nice breeze coming in off Woolooware Bay.
The only thing he forgot to mention, is that we also have a shower upstairs, which is available for members to use before and after class.
