The ladies at Studio Galera organised a Women's Open Mat to celebrate International Women's Day, with women coming over from other academies to roll and share the mats. Studio Galera is based in Bandon, West Cork. Women Only BJJ class every Wednesday at 7pm. Book a free trial class on www.studiogalera.com
