I’m Coaching at ADCC 2026, Here’s Who I Think Wins

ADCC 2026 is here in Kraków, Poland

In this video I break down all 5 men’s divisions at the 2026 ADCC World Championships and give my predictions on who I think takes home gold.

I’m here in Kraków coaching at ADCC, so I wanted to sit down before the action starts and go through each division — the favourites, the dangerous matchups, potential upsets and ultimately who I think wins each weight class.

Let me know your predictions in the comments. Who have I got right, and who am I completely wrong about?
