🥊 Self-defense isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution.

At Xtreme Krav Maga, we don’t believe in forcing a square peg into a round hole. Context dictates strategy.

Self-defense situations don’t happen the same way every time. The environment changes, the threat changes, and your options change with them.

That’s why training is about more than memorizing techniques. You need the tools, awareness, and discipline to assess the situation and make sound decisions in the moment.

Our goal is to help you develop the ability to adapt, think under pressure, and respond to what’s actually happening—not just what you practiced.

Train to adapt. Train to think. Train for reality.

🥊 Build practical self-defense skills at Xtreme Krav Maga & Fitness.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
