From Zurich BJJ Lab

November 19, 2025

The BJJ Lab team delivered a strong performance at the 2025 No-Gi Europeans. In this vlog, follow the athletes through highlights and behind-the-scenes moments.

The standout of the event was Rael. She won double gold in the adult blue belt division, finishing nearly all her matches by submission. Her preparation and hard work clearly paid off.

Watch the vlog to see how the team performed and what went into their success. Looking forward to the next one.

It's a mess, I know.

My goal is to build the most comprehensive BJJ encyclopedia anywhere — but good, accurate data is genuinely hard to come by. Records, gyms, belts and nationalities are pieced together from public and community sources, so some of it is incomplete, outdated, or flat-out wrong.

That's where you come in. If you spot something off, tell me and I'll fix it — every correction makes this better for everyone. This website wouldn't be possible without the community.
