IDENTIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. To identify a participant in the competition you need to have: Identity document (birth certificate (children), passport or driver's documents or ID - card of the league participant) Sports medical insurance which indicates participation in competitions (for children under 18 years of age REQUIRED) Receipt from parents for athletes under 18 MUST - download the form WEIGHING AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: The schedule is on September 24 - from 19:00 to 21:00 The schedule is on September 25 - from 8:00 to 10:00 To weigh children aged 4-15, each athlete must wear shorts (knee-length pants) and a T-shirt. Juniors (16-17) and adults 18+ are weighed in the form corresponding to the section in which they are registered (Gi/ No-Gi) * in case, or at will, if the athlete does not dare in due time, in that case the athlete will be weighed before the first fight. If the athlete is not in time in the warm-up area, he (she) will be automatically disqualified from the competition, the voluntary membership fee is not refundable! ***Each coach, team representative or media representative must receive a Coach Card with which he will be admitted to the competition area. ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS OF THE COMPETITIONS WILL BE ABLE TO BE IN THE AUDIENCE ZONE! RULES OF ASSOCIATION OF CATEGORIES IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF COMPETITORS FOR CREATION OF SPORTS COMPETITION. The white belt of the category of children 4-15 years can be combined with the category of gray belts of the same weight, in the absence of such one weight category higher with the white belt. The grey belt of the category of children 4-15 years old can be combined with the category of yellow / orange and green belts, in the absence of such one weight category higher with the gray belt. * In case of refusal of the association, the coach or team representative must send a letter to the league post office no later than one day before the competition, in which case the athlete will suffocate in his category and will be able to receive a reward for participation! Categories juniors and adults! If at the time of registration in the category there will be 2 or less participants, this category can be combined by weight with the next!
