# 2025 SaskBJJ Provincial Championships > Competition in Dubuc, Saskatchewan, Canada | December 06, 2025 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Coaches and athletes must have a valid 2025 [SaskBJJ membership](https://saskbjj.ca/membership/). If you do not have a SaskBJJ membership please purchase one before filling out this registration form. **Official Event Date:**Saturday - December 6, 2025 Doors open: 8am Tournament start time: 9am **Registration Deadline:**December 2, 2025 - 12:00pm **Early Bird Registration:**Before November 18, 2025 - 12:00pm**(FREE T-SHIRT)** **Location: Saskatchewan Polytechnic**- Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan Competitors 14 years and younger – $70.00 Competitors 15 years and older – $80.00 Absolute divisions **All Fees for competitors after early bird registration will be an additional $20.00.** Cash only at the door. Adults – $10.00 Kids over 5-18 years of age – $5.00 Kids 5 years and under are admitted FREE There is only one opportunity to check an athlete's weight. If the competitor does not make weight, they will be immediately disqualified. All coaches planning to be in the athlete area need to pre-register by sending in their [Respect in Sport](https://sasksrc.respectgroupinc.com/) certificate of completion, name and club. If you have already sent in this information we will have it on file and you do not need to resend. All registered coaches need to also have a valid [SaskBJJ membership.](https://saskbjj.ca/membership/) Coaches please register your academy in [Smoothcomp](https://smoothcomp.com/en).**This will allow you to track your competitors and allow your students to register under the correct Academy Name.**This will also ensure competitors will not compete against teammates in the first round. We are looking for referee representation from as many clubs as possible. Referees will be paid for their time. Parents should also register an account with [Smoothcomp](https://smoothcomp.com/en) to manage and create profiles for 1 or more children during the registration process. Tony Isaac back is back from the [Canadian Jiu Jitsu Association](https://canadianjiujitsu.ca/about-us) to host a referee seminar prior to the provincial championships.
