**Description:** **LOCATION**: 313 Martial Arts Centre, Northumberland Rd, London E10 7EA (access from, Rear of 453 Lea Bridge Rd)

Doors Open @ 11:00AM | Event Starts @ 12:00PM
**COST: £25 -**(No early bird or late registation.)

**REGISTRATION:**Last day to sign up is on 9th of Feb. This is also the final chance to change your registration details. After this date your registration is locked-in , and there will no further changes allowed.

**DIVISION MERGERS:**After change deadline, competitors who do not have anyone in their division group may be merged with another division.

Once final signup date has passed, we'll begin constructing division, based on the Weight, Belt, & Age of competitiors.  If there are insufficent competitiors in your division, we will try to accomodate you by merging divisions, to allow each competitor the opportunity to have multiple matches.

**DIVISION/CATAGORIES: (The only exclusion to divsion mergers are:)**Children aged 9+ will fight in gendered divisions.
(Ie: Boys vs Boys, & Girls vs Girls.)

Divsions for children 8, & under will be ungendered.
(You may be matched with an opponent of the opposite sex.)

**BRACKETS and SCHEDULE:**Prior to the event, the brackets and schedule will be released. You will be able to locate both on the event page brackets and schedule tab. Please be at the mat on time for your matches. We ask that you make sure to be present in the venue at least 60 minutes prior your division start time as well in case we are able to get head starts on certain division. **COACH CHAIR and CROWD CONTROL:**
We will have space for coaches on either side of score table. (One coach per competitors on the mat.) The only people allowed on the mat space during the tournament are the referee, & competitors having their match.

**MEDALS**:There will be first, second, & third place medals presented to all podium finishers in each bracket.

**SPECTATORS:**Given the limited space available. Spectators fee will be changed at £10 per person, Payable by Cash or Card on the day. We will likely review this policy at future events, but initally want to ensure that competitiors have sufficent room & use of the facilities.

**FILMING & MEDIA:**
There will be videography on the day, which will be used for promotional material for the gym, & for future events. In addition to this, you are welcome to record your childs matches provided that they are the main focus of any video/pictures you capture, & your filming is not disruptive.
