Weight classes

Men Beginners , - Men Intermediate and Men Advanced

-60kg, -65kg, -70kg, -76kg, -83kg and -91kg, -100kg and +100kg

Women beginners , Women Intermediate and Women Advanced:

-50kg, -55kg, -60kg, -65kg, -70kg and +70kg

Beginners: max. 2 years experience with wrestling, grappling or BJJ. (White belt)

Intermediate: 2 to 4 years experience with wrestling, grappling or BJJ. (blue belt)

Advanced: more than 5 years experience with wrestling, grappling or BJJ. (purple, brown)

Expert: black belt only! (or similar experience in wrestling, grappling...)
