There is only one 3rd place, there will be a match for the 3rd place. ___ The first three medalists in the men's and women's divisions will get a medal. The winner of the men's and women’s adult professional division in the absolute category will receive the ADCC Serbia Open 2025 champion belt. The first three medalists in the absolute category will get a medal. The first three medalists in the boys' and girls' divisions will get a medal. The top three ranked teams in the adult division will receive team cups as the best adult team. The top three ranked teams in the kids' division will receive team cups as the best kids' team. *(Boys 15 yrs - 18 yrs and Girls 15yrs - 18 yrs not included)* The finalists of the men's and women's adult professional divisions will receive [PITBULL](https://pitbullstore.eu/) custom walkout wear (rash guard and shorts). ___ Payment for the competition will be conducted online through Smoothcomp via PayPal service. There will be no payment at the weigh-ins before the competition day or on the competition day. **REFUND POLICY** The registration fee is refundable by 100% until the 23rd of March 2025 @ 23:59 pm and by 50% until the 27th of April 2025 @ 23:59 pm. The registration fee is not transferable. ___ The competitor's list will be available and live throughout the registration process and can be viewed by checking out the [registrations tab](https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/23032/participants) on the event page. We encourage everyone to log in by the last day of registration and check their details along with the competitor lists, and not wait until the brackets are published and locked in to confirm such details. The event pre-brackets will be available and released 24 hours prior to the competition on the [brackets & schedule tab](https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/23032/schedule). Final brackets will be released right after the weigh-ins finish on the competition day on the event page and at the venue. Our announcers will call the competitors via microphone for a defined mat, so we please you to follow Smoothcomp's live schedule and to be on the mat on time for your matches. Staff will check the competitor’s weight at a weight check. If a competitor is not in his or her weight category, he or she will be pushed to a higher weight category. Registration for coaches is mandatory in order to be able to pass within the barricades (gates) and be able to advise athletes from the coach's corner. We will have one chair on each side of every score table (red or blue) for one coach of the competitor on the mat. The only persons who will be allowed to pass within the barricades (gates) during the tournament are the competitors, coaches, staff, and VIPs with official competition accreditation. Results with team standings, points, and medal counts will be available and live on the [results tab](https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/23032/results) of the event page. All competitors will need to sign a responsibility agreement* that will be given at the weight check desk. The competitor must have a valid profile photo on Smoothcomp, an official government ID or passport, and an official and valid doctor examination (not older than 6 months) during the competition. Competitors must wear slippers outside the warm-up and fight areas for hygiene reasons. Any competitor who goes barefoot outside these areas will be automatically disqualified (DQ) from the competition. One-time-use slippers can be purchased at the ADCC Serbia shop. The trained and professional medical teams will be on site. We choose event medical service teams that we can trust with the safety of our competitors, whether they advise on previous injuries, get injured, or need emergency medical treatment. **If a competitor is younger than 18 years old, to participate in the event, a parent or legal guardian must sign a responsibility agreement.* ___ The PITBULL x ADCC Serbia Official Shop will be present on-site, offering a wide range of high-quality sportswear and apparel.
