# ADCC US Open - Dallas, TX > Competition in Dallas, Texas, United States | June 17, 2023 – June 18, 2023 ## Overview **Event Type:** Competition **Description:** Saturday, June 17, 2023 USA Fit Games Expo @ Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas 650 S. Griffin St., Dallas, TX 75202 [Expo Map](https://www.usafitgames.com/cities/dallas/floor-plan/) $125 until June 15 $75 to add additional divisions. Registration includes entrance into the Expo. **Last day to cancel for a credit (no refunds)**: Sunday, June 11 at 11:59pm local time (CT). Please be advised, registrations cannot be transferred and used for other regions ie Mexico, Brazil, or Canada. There will be no credits or refunds issued the day of event due to injury or being unable to finish the matches you registered for. **Registration closes:**Thursday, June 15 at 11:59pm CT, or when we reach maximum capacity of 1,300 competitors total, whichever happens first. **Registration correction deadline:**Friday, June 16 at 12:00pm CT. Friday, June 16, 2023 at the venue from 4:30-7pm. If you cannot make day before weigh ins, please email info@rmnevents.com to arrange same day weigh in options. Maximum of 0.5kg (1.1lbs) weight allowance. Anyone weighing more than this over their weight division will be moved up in weight. 8:00am Doors open 8:30am Kids, teens, juveniles 12:00pm Adult and master beginner and intermediate 4:30pm Adult and master advanced 8:00pm Absolutes There will be a rules meeting on Friday at 6:30pm at the venue. While this is optional, we highly encourage competitors, coaches, and parents of child competitors to attend so they can fully understand the ruleset. This is free and open to everyone. ADCC Opens are for all competitors - kids through masters, beginner through advanced, from any country. You do not need to qualify to compete in ADCC Opens. Registration corrections can be done by logging into your smoothcomp account. Or, you can email shawn@adcc-official.com with your full name and the correction. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registered competitors that are unable to compete due to illness, injury, or bereavement may request credit toward a future tournament up to 5 days prior to registration closing. Refunds will only be offered if we are not able to find you a suitable match, meaning registration fees are non-refundable. There is one women's and one men's absolute division - open to all ranks, weights, and above at 18. Absolute divisions will all be single elimination. Kids (up to age 12): 4 minutes Teens and juveniles (age 13-17): 5 minutes Adults: 6 minutes Masters: 5 minutes One free coach pass per every 5 students registered from that same academy, minimum of 5 students. Example: 0-4 competitors: No coach pass 5-9 competitors: 1 coach pass 10-14 competitors: 2 coach passes And so forth. Spectator tickets are handled by the USA Fit Games. Please notify us if you see a competitor you suspect is sandbagging. Doing either of these may result in a permanent ban from all ADCC events, even on the first offense.
