Exact match times and mat assignments will be published along with brackets at the below links 2-3 hours after weigh ins on Thursday night.** **Match times are in real-time and constantly updated. You must keep an eye on your match times throughout the day using the links below to see when to arrive at your mat, and to avoid missing your matches. We suggest being at the venue at least 2 hours before your first match is originally scheduled to start. Thursday, March 28 at the venue from 5-7pm. ALL competitors must weigh in, even if your division does not have a weight limit. If you cannot make day before weigh ins, you must email shawn@adcc-official.com to arrange same day weigh in options. Maximum of 0.5kg (1.1lbs) weight allowance. Anyone weighing more than this over their weight division will be moved up in weight. There are NO adult advanced or absolute divisions for this event. This event is open to youth, masters, and adult beginner or intermediate only due to Trials being the next days. You do not need to qualify to compete in ADCC Opens. Registration corrections can be done by logging into your smoothcomp account. Or, you can email shawn@adcc-official.com with your full name and the correction. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registered competitors that are unable to compete for any reason may request credit toward a future tournament until the Sunday before the event. Credits after this date will only be offered if we are not able to find you a suitable match. Kids (up to age 12): 4 minutes Teens and juveniles (age 13-17): 5 minutes Adults: 6 minutes Masters: 5 minutes 1 free coach pass per every 5 students registered from that same academy, minimum of 5 students. Example: 0-4 competitors: No coach pass 5-9 competitors: 1 coach pass 10-14 competitors: 2 coach passes And so forth. Please keep in mind that the Las Vegas Open and West Coast Trials are separate events. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $20/day, or $50 for all three days (Open and Trials). Anyone age 6 and older must have a spectator ticket. The Las Vegas Open and West Coast Trials are separate events. Trials competitors will need to purchase a spectator ticket if they'd like to watch the Open, and Open competitors will need to purchase a spectator ticket if they'd like to watch the Trials. Please notify us if you see a competitor you suspect is sandbagging. Doing either of these may result in a permanent ban from all ADCC events, even on the first offense.
